President Sutton attends the G20 summit in Cape Town, South Africa, with her family. However, the event is hijacked by terrorists led by Corporal Rutledge (Antony Starr), who seeks revenge for being left behind and traumatized after serving in Iraq. The terrorists take most delegates hostage, but Sutton and a few others manage to escape.
