Nigerian music firm and record label, One Word Global Records Limited has issued a copyright infringement suit against the new emerging young artist, Akinbiyi Abiola Ahmed, who is simply identified as Bella Shmurda.
It was gathered that Bella has a subsisting contract with the record label, which is due to expire in 2022.
The label alleged that Bella Shmurda, contrary to the provisions of the contract, had been engaging in the release, publication, distribution and promotion of songs and videos, among others, without their consent and authorisation.
Akinbiyi Abiola Ahmed born 27 January 1997, known professionally as Bella Shmurda, is a Nigerian Singer, Songwriter, entertainer, stage performer and a recording artist.
Bella Shmurda is a tight friend to Poco Lee, they both studied in LASU. He was the one who introduced him to Olamide, Poco Lee is just a good friend of Bella and nothing else.
