Barr. Tubosun Osifowora; a Lagos-based lawyer, has stated that while Nigerians are in the digital age, most of their policymakers still deploy analog approaches to problem-solving.
He made this known during an interactive session at TheFLEA Conference and Awards while dissecting the topic Innovation-Driven Policy Making in the Digital Age with other panelists.
