The recent publication of Abiodun Ajayi on Hon. Barr. Okey-Joe Onuakalusi (HOJ)- the people’s representative, the symbol of quality representation that has brought light to the good people of Oshodi-Isolo in spite of the deep darkness of the last administration of Hon. Ganiyu Abiodun Johnson that brought untold hardship to the people. The past six months of Hon. Okey-Joe (HOJ) representing Oshodi-Isolo Federal constituency II has been the best we have ever experienced because it has been from one level of glory to another.
Hon. Okey-Joe (HOJ) has so far represented the good people of Oshodi-Isolo with utmost trust, transparency and accountability unlike Ganiyu Johnson who only sponsored a bill in his four dark years at the Green Chambers. He has been a representative for all. The following answers are given to the false stories highlighted by Abiodun Ajayi:
1.The FG palliatives given to each representative is yet to get to us and we are still expecting it to arrive our Constituency
2. Hon. Okey-Joe (HOJ) has so far in six months sponsored 10 Bills and 12 Motions that has passed first reading already
3. Hon. Okey-Joe (HOJ) had interactions with the constituents on October 1 and also planning his first Town Hall meeting before the end of January (this ought to have been organised since but was delayed due to the legal tussle by Ganiyu Johnson that Hon. Okey-Joe (HOJ) just won in November 2023).
4. The FG Conditional Cash Transfer slots was shared to all leaders of various political parties within the Constituency (ask your leaders to be sincere). This same offer was given to the Honourable Representing Oshodi-Isolo Federal constituency 1 but he did not send any slot to any other political party but Hon. Okey-Joe as a leader per excellence with a heart to serve his people gave the opportunity out to everyone to benefit.
The mandate of Hon. Okey-Joe Onuakalusi (HOJ) is to give the hospitable people of Oshodi-Isolo Federal constituency II a quality representation and that he will pursue with all his might.
